    Rosami is produce-driven, One Star Michelin restaurant, breaking down the walls of fine-dining idealism. It is a space to experience exquisite flavours, fragrance, and a feast for all the senses. The below is a sample menu and is subject to change based on seasonal ingredients and produce.

The name ROSAMÍ is inspired by the delicate and majestic nature of the ROSE and the word AMÍ which signifies the celebration of friendship.

Located within the historic building of The Villa, an imposing, 19th century palazzo, what used to be the summer residence of one of Malta’s leading 20th century industrialists and one of the oldest structures in the Balluta area.

Reservations Terms and Conditions:

Credit/Debit card details are required to confirm the reservation. The final bill will be presented after your meal and will need to be settled then. In the event that you should cancel the booking in its entirety or reduce the numbers within 24 hours prior to your booking, €35 per person will be charged to the card provided. By providing credit/debit card details I do agree & accept all terms and conditions mentioned in this policy.

Kindly note that Children of ages 10 years and above are allowed at the restaurant. Furthermore, dress code is smart casual.
